Directors Message

The learning approach in Allegiance Academy has evolved from the conventional text book learning to a more blended approach towards practical learning under guidance of expert teachers and with smart classes. Practical learning platforms have been implemented as a means of extending learning beyond the physical boundaries of the text book and the classroom through different educational activities. School follows NCERT books for more practical approach. These books are specially designed for such type of Education. In the Allegiance Academy; there has been a shift of focus in the learning domains from specific subjects and content such as English, Maths and EVS to specific skills such as Personal, Social, Emotional, Physical, Linguistic, Mathematical, Creative and Enquiry skills. A wide range of hands on, relevant, first-hand opportunities and multi-sensorial learning experiences have been provided for all students to develop these skills in a diverse and intellectually stimulating environment. Our school recognizes that a firm foundation at the Pre-Primary and Primary level will help the child's progress through succeeding educational stages with relative ease and confidence. In the Allegiance Academy; Primary curriculum aims to provide a broad learning experience and encourages a rich variety of approaches of teaching and learning that cater to the different needs of individual children. The primary curriculum is designed to nurture the child in all dimensions of his or her life—spiritual, moral, cognitive, emotional, imaginative, aesthetic, social and physical. The entire Curriculum has been redesigned and enriched beyond the CBSE expectations to match ideal standard of education. A thematic approach with meaningful cross curricular connections makes learning at school more interesting and long lasting. The aim at this stage is to expose the child to an exciting and wonderful world of learning. Children are encouraged to develop cognitive and motor skills by stimulating their curiosity and imagination.
